Mark Chapman is President of Chapman and Associates.  He directs all administrative activities at Chapman & Associates, including personnel, payroll, database management, and accounting.  He also oversees the Company's marketing and promotional functions. 

Mr. Chapman directed the development and implementation of programs created to review legal bills and evaluate hospital bills based on actual cost, allowing a comparative analysis of charges.

Mr. Chapman's background includes experience in the technical area of healthcare delivery, analytical analysis, quality control and financial analysis.  He has complemented his technical qualifications with marketing and customer services experience gained in medical sales.  This comprehansive background has been beneficial in his administrative role with Chapman & Associates.
