Mindy Chapman is Founder and Director of Chapman & Associates and a Certified Case Manager since 1993.  Mindy is a member of the Naitonal and Rocky Mountain District Association of Professional Geriatric Managers since 2005.  Mindy is an Alzheimer's Care Specialist designated through Alzheimer's Foundation of America.  She combines ten years of ICU nursing with eighteen years experience in managing difficult medical cases for private eldercare cases, insurance companies, and self-insured clients.  Mindy is licensed as a Registered Nurse in Colorado, Nebraska and California. 

Mindy currently is a member of the Case Management Society of America, Colorado Alliance GCM; Senior Connections and East Coalition for Senior Services.  She serves as a member of the Colorado Self-Insured Association, Professionals in Workers' Compensation, Colorado Rehabilitation Insurance Nurse Group, and Case Management Society of America.  She served on the Board of Directors of Professionals in Workers' Compensation for 6 years.  She was a member of the Colorado Division of Medical Cost Containment (Colorado Deparmtent of Labor & Employment) Task Force, and served on the Division of Worker's Compensation Dispute Resolutions Section Nurse Case Manager Task Force in 1998 - 1999.  Mindy served as Treasurer of the PWC School Board.
