Mindy Chapman, RN, CCM, is founder of Chapman & Associates and was recognized with the prestigious Nurse Case Manager of the Year award by the Colorado Professionals in Worker's Compensation organization in both 2002 and 2003. She combines intensive care unit nursing background with experience in medical cost containment for Workers' Compensation and Auto Insurance.

Mark Chapman is President of Chapman & Associates. He blends experience in the technical area of health care delivery, analysis, quality control and financial analysis, together with marketing, customer service and medical sales experience. He investigates excessive charges and negotiates discounts for large-case claims where other savings mechanisms, such as fee schedules, are not applicable.
