Medical Case Management Services

For more than a decade, Chapman & Associates has offered Medical Case Management Services for workers whose injuries fall under Colorado Workers' Compensation, regardless of the claimant's State of residence. Under the award-winning direction of Mindy Chapman, RN, CCM, our nurse case managers and staff work closely with providers to provide carefully monitored, plan-directed care. We diligently follow the progress of injured workers towards Maximum Medical Improvement and Return to Work.

As the liaison between the injured employee and the claims adjuster, Chapman & Associates provides the following services:

• Initial Report and Regular Updates of Case Progress
• Conferences with Providers, Attorneys & Claimants as needed
• Set up and Follow Appropriate Post-Hospital Care, Pain Clinics, and Physical & Occupational Therapy Programs
• Obtain Appropriate Medical Equipment for Claimants as needed
