Mark Chapman Mark Chapman is President of Chapman & Associates. He directs all administrative activities at Chapman & Associates, including personnel, payroll, database management, and accounting. He also oversees the Company's marketing and promotional functions. He monitors the Preferred Provider Organization Network available to our clients and works with Network management to identify physicians and facilities to be considered for inclusion in the PPO network.

Mr. Chapman directed the development and implementation of programs created to review legal bills and evaluate hospital bills based on actual cost, allowing a comparative analysis of charges.

Mr. Chapman's background includes experience in the technical area of health care delivery, analytical analysis, quality control and financial analysis. He has complemented his technical qualifications with marketing and customer service experience gained in medical sales. This comprehensive background has been beneficial in his administration role with Chapman & Associates.
