Medicare Set-Aside Services

Chapman & Associates is a respected leader in developing Medicare Set-Aside Cost Projections for clients who are approaching final settlement of their Workers' Compensation claims.

Licensed Registered Nurses perform a review of medical records, claims history and long-term treatment needs to provide a comprehensive, plan-based cost projection. As required by Medicare, this plan is useful to determine the amount to be held in reserves for Medicare-covered expenses anticipated over the course a client's expected remaining life.

In addition, Chapman & Associates serves as a third-party administrator for Medicare Set Aside Funds management. An Explanation of Benefits (EOB) is provided to all parties at the time funds are dispersed, and Statements of Account are furnished on an annual basis to the Funds' originator.
